Here it comes
I'm such a mean mom! I knew he was starting to crash so I decided to get it on camera. I just wanted everyone to see what I go through about ten times a day! Fussy, Fussy, Fussy... but sooo adorable!!
My All Star
I was so proud of my little all star the other day when I was able to clean up the kitchen without him fussing at me. He just sat in his bumbo and looked like he was dancing and when I went to kiss him he opened his mouth! Oh and the first one is of him just waking up- seriously he was soooo mad at us!
Green and Yellow may not be so manly but I think my little peanut looked so darn cute I couldn't help but take a million pictures. Check out poor Mitch as he is burnt from golfing all day and then of course came home for night time duty and Tray was pretty fussy. Oh and we were so proud of him sleeping since we can barely get him to nap once during the day so when he napped twice we had to have evidence!
Thank you Grandma and Grandpa Mitchell for the best baby stroller! Trayton and I use it everyday and then Mitch joins us on the weekends. He loves it! It is usually his morning nap but it is insane because the minute you stop he is wide awake! Just wanted to show you how much we love the stroller and use it! Thanks again

Hmmm....
From what I hear, trying to figure your child out never ends... ugh! So we are trying to give Trayton some formula because he is 10 weeks old and was still eating almost every hour and constantly crying because he was hungry. I had nothing left to give him and he wasn't getting the calories he needed to fill up and be content for a few hours. Monday morning Mitch gave him a bottle of formula and he went over 3 hours before he was hungry again and sat in his swing for an hour which he has never done for more than 5 mins. Fingers crossed this works because we have 2 zombie parents here!

Good Times
Here are some videos.... You can catch him smiling and making funny faces with Auntie Ray Ray (don't mind Terry in the backround telling who knows what kind of story). He absolutely loves bath time and even though he makes a crazy face every time we spray him he does love it, don't worry we are not scalding him even though that's what it looks like.

PHOTO SHOOT
We went to a pizza night with friends last night and I had my lil man supporting dad in his Grand Valley shirt so I made him pose for some pictures. The first picture is of Tray's 2 friends Quiton and Kane. Quiton is 13 weeks, Tray 9, and Kane 7 so me and their moms were all pregnant together. As you can see my child is the dead one in the middle!! The photo shoot pictures started off sitting, then squatting, then I would stand him up and once he locked his legs I would jump back and take a picture. Well he was having a blast doing it and as you can see from the last picture he started to fall over but I got a great shot in the process!
9 1/2 weeks old.... 12 lbs 1 ounce.... slept 7 hours straight the other night.... not even close to having a routine yet :)

Long Day
Last week we had not a long night but a long day. Tray and I had errands to run and baby group while Mitch played 18 holes of golf and then had a long day at work. This was Trayton and I at 7:30 at night just exhausted and dad thought it was funny to take a pic. Well then at 9:30 Mitch gave him a bottle before bed and look how exhausted they look... ha!

So we had our 2 month checkup today. He looks healthy as can be and is growing like crazy. He is over the 50th percentile in both height, weight, and head size! He had to get 3 shots though and that didn't go over too well- screamed his head off! But a little Tylenol goes a long way. Here are some pics from mothers day.... He was hanging out on Big Tim's chest being very alert. Every night he loves to stand up and look out the window. The last 3 are hilarious.... he is sitting in his bumbo which helps with their posture and he was doing it all by himself which the doctor said is amazing since he shouldn't be able to do that until about 4-6 months old. He was happy at first, then got a little worried, and then as you can see from the last one freaked out!! haha

Happy Mother's Day
So talk about a mother's day gift... I got to take a 2 hour nap yesterday in bed (first time since he was born) and I got to sleep in today! He has been so much better at night since we finally found something that works. My best friend Melissa babysits for a family that has had 2 kids with reflux and the mom swears by a big exercise medicine ball. So we bought one and the minute he starts to fuss at night we sit on it and bounce up and down and he never makes another peep. We take 10 minute shifts since it is a workout! Best $12 ever spent!
Tray weighed 11lbs 1ounce on Thursday so he is growing so fast. Here are some pics of him doing tummy time, showing off his double chin, being bounced by dad, and hanging out with mom. Check out the one with his arms out to the side- it looks like the scene from titanic!!

Here are some fun pics.... He started smiling and it is a challenge to get him to smile for the camera. His other favorite is sleeping in odd positions and with dad while mom picks up after her dirty boys. The nights are a little better since we invested in a workout medicine ball. If we sit on it and bounce up and down it calms him. Plus, it's a workout.. Mitch and I are sore!

Update
So after almost 2 weeks of Tray being on Zantac to help his reflux Mitch and I were going insane. Anytime he would have to toot or poop he would scream insanely and be in excruciating pain. It started just at night and then moved onto all day long. So after 2 nights of no sleep and a child with a scratchy voice from crying so much I called the doctor. Sometimes the Zantac will make the down below process difficult so they put him on another prescription- no clue on the name- and after one dose he was smiling and awake for 6 hours straight happy as can be tootin away! The past two nights have been wonderful and he hasn't cried once! Let's hope it stays this way because I have never seen him so happy before. He was even smiling at me when he pooped yesterday and soaked through his onesie, pj's, and onto my shirt! haha
~The pictures are of him and dad hanging out (he is 6 1/2 weeks old)... Mitch kept blowing on his head and at first couldn't figure it out but then got mad!

Chaos
What a week! Mitch, Dave, and Prudy renovated our basement bathroom while they were visiting. After getting started they realized they had a few more problems to attend before they could get going. They fixed the leaks and the mold and the drywall (it was a gross site) and then they put down tile floors and new paint. They tore out the sink and put in a pedestal sink and we will probably have to put in a new toilet. Mitch is going to finish this weekend so finished pictures to come. They other pictures are of all the grandparents hanging out with Tray... he is so loved by all his grandparents!
